Does the unit come in one piece or in panels?
All units come in panels. The great thing about our Stand Alone Steam Showers is that they are pre-assembled with pre-drilled holes.
You can move any of the units through a standard 32" doorway for easy access into remodeled homes, basements, and other unique situations.
Can I fit the parts through a standard doorway?
Yes, all units can fit through a standard 32" doorway. Even units with a whirlpool tub will fit through any space larger than 26".
What type of Electrical Connection and Breaker will I need?
One 30 AMP GFCI Breaker.
I would like to place on the second floor, will there be a weight problem?
The unit is about 500 lbs.+water and your weight, and that is definitely a case by case type question. Please consult your contractor based off of these weights we have provided.
What does the inline heat pump do?
The inline Heat Pump is attached to the water pump, and the heat pump will maintain the water temperature in the tub portion of the unit.
How many HOT/COLD Connections are required?
Regardless of the number of showerheads, all units have one hot/cold connection.
Where is the HOT/COLD Connection located?
The connection is located behind the shower hot/cold controls which differs per unit. Normally the hot/cold is about 30" from the the floor on the back of the unit.
Flex hoses are included for easy hook ups no matter where your current hot/cold is located. Refer to the listing page of each steam shower for the exact location which can be seen in the diagrams towards the bottom of the page.
Where is Athena WS-123 Steam Shower steam generator located?
The steam generator is located underneath the tub and on certain units, it is placed on the back of the unit.
All generators are mounted to the frame or screwed to the back of the unit so that they do not take up an room beyond the dimensions of the shower. All of the steam showers will sit flush against the wall.
Do I need an access panel Athena WS-123 Steam Shower?
The steam showers are designed to be free standing units so that in case of an issue behind the unit, you can easily slide the unit away from the wall for access.
The plumbing and the electrical connections are flexible so that you can easily make this happen. If at all possible, an access panel is a terrific option in case of any future issues.
All steam showers carry a (7) seven year structural warranty against manufacturer defects. The structural warranty protects the structure of the steam shower from peeling, fading, delaminating or cracking.
Structural components include the acrylic panels, shower pan, ceiling, and glass panels. All steam shower parts carry a (1) one year guarantee against defects.
Athena Steam Showers carries most replacement parts in stock and will arrange for a spare part to be delivered to you.
The unit must be installed by a licensed plumber and electrician, or it will void the warranty of the unit from the manufacturer.
The purchaser of the steam shower accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation, and installation. This unit is not to be used for commercial purposes.
The purchaser also agrees to hold harmless and indemnify MesaSteamShowers.com from any actions, lawsuits, judgments, or liability claims arising from the use of these products.
Athena Steam Showers is not responsible for any liability or losses accruing from plumbing or electrical installation.
It is the customers' responsibility to confirm the product will comply with their state, county or city codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county or city inspector, please ask them what they require.
If a customer purchases any steam shower unit or bathtub that does not pass inspection, we will allow returns subject to the following conditions.
You will be able to return the unit for purchase price of unit, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15% if the unit is in the original packaging. If the steam shower unit or bathtub was opened, or opened and assembled, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. This means we have your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and can be shipped immediately. If we find that your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and will reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) can be shipped within 5 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges on your credit card, the items will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Tracking information will be sent from us within 24 hours of your order leaving the distribution center to the e-mail address provided to us during check out. If your tracking information had not been received within five days of your order, please follow us with us at orders@lionindustrialsupply.com.
We offer free shipping on all orders and on applicable items and brands as well.
Typically, when an order has been received, it will be processed immediately. After this, it will take about 1-3 business days after confirmation of the order, payment, and pickup time to fulfill your order.
Some suppliers do custom make products, and this can add an additional lead time. If delivery time is a concern of yours, please feel free to contact our customer service team for confirmation. Please note that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, lead times can unfortunately be longer.

It is very important to inspect goods before signing the delivery receipt from the courier. This is important because if the goods are damaged and you must note this with the courier so a freight claim can be filed and we can arrange for either a repair or return of the damaged goods. All damage claims should be reported immediately.
If you do suspect the goods are damaged due to the outer carton appearing damaged, please note “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This will protect your insurance claim if the product is damaged and a freight insurance claim needs to be filed.
