Very happy with our purchase, I call in to customer support and originally I was interested in the 8Plus but for the same price I got this upgraded model with more features. They are very knowledgeable and customer service was incredible.

We live in a cold climate in the mountains of Idaho. We have not been able to get the temperature of the sauna above 130 F. The lower bench and floor of the sauna stays cool. Also the benches are too shallow. They are uncomfortable to lay down on, which is why we ordered the size sauna we did. The assembly instructions were fine and with the help of two helpers we unpacked and assembled in one day. Delivery was promised on a Thursday, I had hired help waiting, but didn’t show up until the following Monday. The temperature gauge was poorly put together and is crooked. Other than the comments above we are enjoying the sauna. Thanks for asking.

I’m very happy with my purchase and the Relaxacare staff. They stayed late to assemble it for us and were very knowledgeable about the saunas and the difference between a few different models they had. My husband and I liked this one because the hybrid feature, it is nice to have both options and looks awesome in our backyard!

I recently received my outdoor sauna and have been using it for the last 2 weeks, my husband and I use it every night! My husband really likes the infrared and I prefer the traditional, we used the saunas at our gym the past year and finally decided to get one of our own. I struggle with sleeping at night and this has helped me immensely. My husband goes on a 5k run every morning at 6am (crazy guy) so he uses the sauna after his run as well to help with his muscles. I would recommend a sauna to everyone, I did my research before purchasing and the health benefits are endless! With both my husband and I wanting different saunas this was the perfect fit for us and we can both be happy!
