Product Quality Guarantee:
Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damage damages (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If there are some minor damages, make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.
If you do not note damages on the delivery receipt and accept a damaged item you are essentially voiding the insurance coverage on your item and accepting it in the condition you received it in. We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not note damages on the delivery slip.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please contact us and send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can process an insurance claim for your product coverage.
If an item came defective or with missing parts, this will be handled at no extra expense and we will get the manufacturer to send you the replacement or missing part.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All returns are based on the specific policy prescribed by the manufacturer for returns. Generally, this is typically a 30 day return policy on most items that we carry that are still in new condition and unopened. All returned items must be in original packaging and contain all parts and components they came with. If you are having a warranty issue, please contact the manufacturer directly.
We currently are not accepting any returns for: Dundalk Leisurecraft, Power House, & Thermal Kiosk. All sales for these brands are final.
Customers will be responsible for actual original shipping + return shipping charges and applicable restocking fees (10-15% of the item cost) if they return any item, even if the item was shipped for free by us.
This means for example if you paid $2000 for your item, and it cost Lion Industrial Supply $400 dollars to ship it to your address, and you decide to return it and the cost to return it to the manufacturer is an additional $400 dollars, you would be responsible for the total of $800 dollars shipping cost. This 800 dollars would be deducted from what you originally paid for your item ($2000), meaning you would be refunded $1200 dollars.
Also, all cancellations done via debit/credit card will be subject to a 2.9% refund fee due to debit/credit card processing fees. Payments done via ACH or wire will be refunded with no refund fees. Refunds will only be remitted to the original debit/credit card that was used when your order was placed.
Product damages may void the return completely and you may only be eligible for replacement parts.
This return policy is the industry standard for items that are shipped via freight, and is actually a true transparent description of what the terms are of purchasing anything from one of our brands. We would be love to offer a more generous shipping policy, but because these are very heavy and expensive it is very expensive to return them. We really try to help our clients purchase the item that are an extremely good fit for them since it is often not worth it to return since the cost can be so high. Competitors may try to represent a more "generous policy" and overpromise, but these are the same costs they will also pass onto you if a return is requested. We want to be transparent about these costs so you make a better and more informed final purchase decision.
