The RazorLite™ Kayak's Straight Hull Design
An important and unique feature of the RazorLite™ Kayak is its straight hull design which provides the maximum straight hull waterline length. This feature combined with the very narrow kayak width (25" at the waterline) allows the RazorLite™ to paddle as fast as any rigid kayak. The Bow and stern molds are made of durable plastic and cut through the wind, waves, current, and water like a sharp edge straight razor on a clean close shave. With superior length to width ratio, razor sharp bow entry, straight line planing surface and a precision razor sharp stern exit at the rear these inflatable kayaks are in a performance league of their own.
The RazorLite™ Kayak's Unique Bow and Stern Design with Tapered Side Walls
The RazorLite™ Kayak's rigid bow and stern molds create the worlds very first speed entry system that leads into a double concave and then opens into a flat planing surface. The double concave design at bow allows pockets of air to enter in between the hull and the water creating lift while reducing friction and drag. Bow and Stern Molds

The patented Sea Eagle RazorLite™ High Performance Ultra Light Kayak is the world's first and only inflatable kayak made entirely with Drop Stitch Technology throughout! This kayak uses 3" Drop Stitch material for the floor and 4" Drop Stitch material for the side walls. Yes, you can. Our 120-Day On-Water Trial lets you try the boat, kayak, or SUP on the water. If you're anything less than completely satisfied, return it for a complete refund less shipping within 120 days of delivery.
How do I store my Sea Eagle?
The best way to store your inflatable is folded, in it's bag, in a clean, dry space and out of reach of mice and other critters. If you must store your inflatable outdoors or in a shed, you can store it in a large plastic bin (or clean garbage can) with a tight lid to keep mice, squirrels and other rodents out. ALWAYS make sure your Sea Eagle is clean and completely dry to prevent mold from growing.
How durable is the RazorLite?
The RazorLite™ kayaks are very durable. They are constructed of the same 1000 denier reinforced PVC as our FastTracks™, Explorers™, PaddleSki™, FoldCats, Frameless Pontoon Boats, Sport Runabouts and SUPs.
What happens if one of the separate air chambers loses pressure?
Most leaks are slow and can be noticed before much pressure has left the air chamber. Boats with multiple, separate air chambers will maintain buoyancy with one chamber down.
How do I fold my Sea Eagle?
The characteristics of being an inflatable gives you the option to roll, fold or store it according to your specific needs. You'll want to pay close attention to how the valves, skegs and skeg base areas are folded as to prevent damage.
Our Sea Eagle boats are covered for a full three years against manufacturer's defects* ... from bow to stern.

Terms and Conditions:- Warranty Term will be three years from the date of customer receipt for all non-commercial users
- Commercial operators, including but not limited to rental operators, will be covered for six months from the date of receipt
- Warranty applies to defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover:
- Damage due to negligence, neglect, lack of maintenance, accident, abnormal or improper use, bad assembly or improper repair attempts, or damage resulting from the use of a pump not supplied by Sea Eagle
- Alteration or customization
- Abrasions, tears or punctures
- Normal color fading
- Normal wear
- Overglueing and other aesthetic imperfections
- Crazing, blistering and aging of fabrics, metals or wood
- Does not cover incidental costs such as haul-out, launching, towing, or any other consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
- Customer must provide reasonable documentation to establish a defect, including but not limited to:
- Digital photographs clearly showing the defect
- Troubleshooting to establish or narrow down the cause of the problem
- In the event that a defect cannot be demonstrated by photographs, customer may return products after obtaining an RMA number from Sea Eagle using the procedures for the Return Policy. Returns will be:
- Sent at the customer's expense
- Customer must insure return shipments or accept the cost of merchandise damaged in transit to Sea Eagle
- If Sea Eagle determines the product is defective, customer will be refunded the published common carrier freight charge for the shipment
- Sea Eagle will not reimburse packaging and handling charges incurred by full service operations such as Fedex Kinkos, UPS Stores, or any other packaging and shipping provider.
- For orders exported outside the United States, Sea Eagle Boats, Inc. will not be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees associated with shipping replacement products.
- Sea Eagle is not responsible for shipping warranty products to any country other than the country which the original order was delivered to.
- Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing a defective part, or at our discretion, replacing such part or parts as shall be necessary to remedy any malfunction resulting from defects in material or workmanship as covered by this warranty. We reserve the right to improve the design of any product without assuming any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured.
- Severability: If any provision of this Limited Warranty is unenforceable, for any reason, all other provisions hereof shall remain in full force and effect.

- Any engine larger than the maximum rated horsepower or weight for the boat is used on the boat.
- Boat is used in any activities that are in violation of U.S. Coast Guard Regulations, Federal, State, or any other governing law in the area where the boat is used.

As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. This means we have your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment using my razorlite. It is quick, easy to transport and set up. I've taken this boat out several times this season and really enjoyed it. I can bring it with me without it taking up too much room without a roof rack, trailer or truck to transport it. It tacks well and is quite comfortable to paddel.
Fast and fun to paddle. More stable than feared.
Bought direct from sea eagle in March, and have taken it paddling to various local lakes and rivers over 30 times in last 6 months. It’s been a joy to head out paddling whenever with all gear including kayak all stowed in car trunk. It’s stood up well to many inflates and foldings for storing in trunk. Plugging the sea eagle electric pump into vehicle to inflate the main floor chamber and using hand pump to inflate the two side chambers takes ~5 minutes. Usually all set to put in with 15 minutes. Deflate and loading back up takes 10 minutes.
It’s worked great for overnight camping trips and fishing outings with plenty of storage capacity front/back. I’ve paddled on rivers with motorboat traffic creating large waves and had little concern. This is a stable craft.
When practicing self-rescue re-entry I preferred having a paddle float for assist since could get back in without too much water needing to be bilge pumped out.
Considering purchasing a second single for my wife or a tandem.
Fast, sturdy, quick to inflate, simple but strong. It's a huge upgrade from my prior inflatable and has greatly expanded my exploratory distances on the water. I definitely find its primary stability tippy, but I got used to it quickly and now like it -- and I find the secondary stability is good and it's difficult to tip all the way over. It is difficult to carry around when inflated (esp. due to lack of a center handle) -- and I'm a bigger guy, so not sure how smaller people would deal with that. I agree with others that it's difficult to put into the backpack, so I've stopped doing that and just use the backpack to carry all of the supplies and that works out great. All in all a great purchase.
I travel a lot, by car, and now I don't have to miss out on amazing kayaking. I travel from New England to the Midwest at least twice a year. Now I have the ability to stop anywhere along the way and go kayaking. It takes me about 7 minutes to assemble my kayak and be on the water. I also go camping a lot in my vehicles and this easily fits in my car. It has opened up even more of the great outdoors for me.
