Sea Eagle Inflatable Motormount Boats are affordable multi-purpose inflatables that can be used for fishing, yacht tending, mild whitewater rafting, and general motoring or rowing around lakes and bays.

Safety Air Chamber Going All The Way Around The Top Of Main Air Chamber - Perhaps the most important feature for safety and extra inside space is the unique chamber on chamber design of this series. Literally a boat on top of a boat this design feature gives several advantages. Because the safety chamber is well above the main chamber it is nearly impossible to puncture both air chambers at the same time. In addition the fact that the chamber is on top of a chamber rather than side by side means a dryer cockpit and maximal interior space.

Even though these are relatively simple and inexpensive boats they can still be outfitted with a variety or accessories to be used in a variety of ways. If you are running a river you really do not want a motormount attached or seats that may fall out and you want to keep the drains open.

Why can't I use a larger or heavier motor than recommended for my boat?

The boats are rated accordingly by the NMMA, exceeding the maximum capacity in any fashion could result in a fine or summons. Using a bigger, heavier or stronger motor can also result in poor performance as well as damage your boat.

How much thrust do I need for my motormount boat?

You don't need more than 84 lbs of thrust to power the boat. If you go above that you will need 2 batteries.

Where do I keep the battery for the trolling motor?

You can store the battery on the floor of the motormount and transom boats. For the Paddleski, Explorer and FastTrack, the side motormount is used to place the battery on one side and the motor on the other side of the motor mount. And for the FoldCat, the battery can be strapped to the aluminum cross slats.

How long will a fully charged battery last with my electric motor?

If you are using your boat at top speed continuously you will have about 1 1/2 - 3 hours with your battery. If you use your battery sparingly and shut the motor off at your desired location you can get up to a week on a fully charged battery.

Can I test-drive a Sea Eagle myself, on the water?

Yes, you can. Our 120-Day On-Water Trial lets you try the boat, kayak, or SUP on the water. If you're anything less than completely satisfied, return it for a complete refund less shipping within 120 days of delivery.

What is the recommended shaft length to use on my Sea Eagle?

We recommend using a 30” to 42” shaft length for standard electric motors. The Torqeedo Electric Motor 1003s (23.2" shaft) is good for use on our 375FC FoldCat, PaddleSki, Sport Runabouts 10.6SR and 12.6SR. The Torqeedo Electric Motor 1003L (28” shaft) is recommended for use on our larger SE9 Motormount Boat, STS10 and 285fpb Frameless Pontoon Boats, 375fc FoldCat & 14SR Sport Runabout. For gas motors, we recommend a 15" short shaft for the Sport Runabout 10.6sr, 12.6sr and 14sr and 14sro. A 20" long shaft is recommended for the SE9, 285fpb, STS10, and 375fc FoldCat.

How do I store my Sea Eagle?

The best way to store your inflatable is folded, in it's bag, in a clean, dry space and out of reach of mice and other critters. If you must store your inflatable outdoors or in a shed, you can store it in a large plastic bin (or clean garbage can) with a tight lid to keep mice, squirrels and other rodents out. ALWAYS make sure your Sea Eagle is clean and completely dry to prevent mold from growing.

What happens if one of the separate air chambers loses pressure?

Most leaks are slow and can be noticed before much pressure has left the air chamber. Boats with multiple, separate air chambers will maintain buoyancy with one chamber down.

Our Sea Eagle boats are covered for a full three years against manufacturer's defects* ... from bow to stern.

Terms and Conditions:
  1. Warranty Term will be three years from the date of customer receipt for all non-commercial users
  2. Commercial operators, including but not limited to rental operators, will be covered for six months from the date of receipt
  3. Warranty applies to defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover:
    1. Damage due to negligence, neglect, lack of maintenance, accident, abnormal or improper use, bad assembly or improper repair attempts, or damage resulting from the use of a pump not supplied by Sea Eagle
    2. Alteration or customization
    3. Abrasions, tears or punctures
    4. Normal color fading
    5. Normal wear
    6. Overglueing and other aesthetic imperfections
    7. Crazing, blistering and aging of fabrics, metals or wood
  4. Does not cover incidental costs such as haul-out, launching, towing, or any other consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
  5. Customer must provide reasonable documentation to establish a defect, including but not limited to:
    • Digital photographs clearly showing the defect
    • Troubleshooting to establish or narrow down the cause of the problem
  6. In the event that a defect cannot be demonstrated by photographs, customer may return products after obtaining an RMA number from Sea Eagle using the procedures for the Return Policy. Returns will be:
    1. Sent at the customer's expense
    2. Customer must insure return shipments or accept the cost of merchandise damaged in transit to Sea Eagle
    3. If Sea Eagle determines the product is defective, customer will be refunded the published common carrier freight charge for the shipment
    4. Sea Eagle will not reimburse packaging and handling charges incurred by full service operations such as Fedex Kinkos, UPS Stores, or any other packaging and shipping provider.
  7. For orders exported outside the United States, Sea Eagle Boats, Inc. will not be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees associated with shipping replacement products.
  8. Sea Eagle is not responsible for shipping warranty products to any country other than the country which the original order was delivered to.
  9. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing a defective part, or at our discretion, replacing such part or parts as shall be necessary to remedy any malfunction resulting from defects in material or workmanship as covered by this warranty. We reserve the right to improve the design of any product without assuming any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured.
  10. Severability: If any provision of this Limited Warranty is unenforceable, for any reason, all other provisions hereof shall remain in full force and effect.

USERS OF SEA EAGLE BOATS, INC.’S PRODUCTS ASSUME ALL RISK AND LIABILITY WHATSOEVER RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE USE OF SUCH PRODUCTS, WHETHER USED SINGULARLY OR IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING ALL RISK OF BODILY INJURY OR DEATH AND WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR TORT OR OTHERWISE, AND SPECIFICALLY INCLUDING INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT ARISING BY IMPLICATION OR OPERATION OF LAW, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED HEREIN, ARE EXCLUDED. Restrictions on Limitations and Disclaimers. SOME STATES MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF THE DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. THEREFORE, SOME OR ALL OF THE LIMITATIONS AND/OR EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY, FROM STATE TO STATE.
  16. This warranty is void in the following circumstances:
    1. Any engine larger than the maximum rated horsepower or weight for the boat is used on the boat.
    2. Boat is used in any activities that are in violation of U.S. Coast Guard Regulations, Federal, State, or any other governing law in the area where the boat is used.
