Our sauna walls are double paneled constructed with the thickest interior and exterior wood planks compared to others in the same industry. This all translates to a quality sauna that retains heat more efficiently, heats up faster and wastes less energy.
Golden Designs 1-2 Person model offers 7 Low EMF infrared Carbon Energy Efficient heating panels that produce a wider, softer heat that is evenly distributed throughout the sauna.
Unlike ceramic heaters, you will never have to replace our Carbon Energy Efficient heating panels. Unlike traditional rock and water saunas (which heat at or over 200F and do not penetrate your skin), Golden Designs Saunas operate at a much lower and safer 130F.

This product carries a 5-year warranty on the electronics and 1-Year Warranty against the wood. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below.
You can also contact the warranty claim department at gdiwarranty@goldendesignsinc.com.
Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty.
No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse.
Golden Designs indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE.
"Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. This means we have your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and can be shipped immediately. If we find that your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and will reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) can be shipped within 5 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges on your credit card, the items will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Tracking information will be sent from us within 24 hours of your order leaving the distribution center to the e-mail address provided to us during check out. If your tracking information had not been received within five days of your order, please follow us with us at orders@lionindustrialsupply.com.
We offer free shipping on all orders and on applicable items and brands as well.
Typically, when an order has been received, it will be processed immediately. After this, it will take about 1-3 business days after confirmation of the order, payment, and pickup time to fulfill your order.

It is very important to inspect goods before signing the delivery receipt from the courier. This is important because if the goods are damaged and you must note this with the courier so a freight claim can be filed and we can arrange for either a repair or return of the damaged goods. All damage claims should be reported immediately.
If you do suspect the goods are damaged due to the outer carton appearing damaged, please note “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This will protect your insurance claim if the product is damaged and a freight insurance claim needs to be filed.

We just got ours up and running yesterday, and it looks much nicer than I thought. Really sleek and clean looking, and not overwhelming in our bedroom. Used it for the first time last night, such a nice mellow heat, and blue tooth worked well too. The different color light options are nice too. Convenient being able to listen to a podcast while relaxing. I look forward to using my new Sauna regularly!
Extremely satisfied with our new sauna. It was such a smooth transaction. Arrived sooner than expected. The instructions on assembly were clear and well written. All parts were there and the sauna was in perfect condition. It heats up in about 15 to 20 minutes. Love the lighting system, MP3 player, and ease of use. My joints really appreciate the heat! I love this purchase. It took two people to assemble, but was simple.
Bought this about 9 months ago. Great little sauna, I'm 6'5" tall. Small enough to put in corner of bedroom, use it almost daily. I have a routine, 1) get up early, 2) sit in sauna for 40 min. It is comfortable enough to sit up and even lean forward, putting my elbows on my knees if I want to bend forward. I would say there is not enough room for two people in this, but because it is small it heats up Quickly and the inflated panels are close to your body, which is the whole point of these saunas. I am writing this review from inside the sauna - lol. Assembled easily with my 17 yo daughter. The only "modification" was to put about 8 eraser head sized dabs of clear silicone on the OUTSIDE of the sauna glass window because when the door closes the window would rattle a little - the silicone fixed the issue immediately. I only used 8 small beads of silicone in case we want to move the sauna into another room and need to take apart. Speaker is OK, not great, but I usually wear earbuds anyway because my wife sleeps a lot and gets up late. I didn't purchase a sauna back rest - sitting up straight helps my posture improve as well (additional benefit!) Really happy with the purchase for a 1 person sauna. My wife likes it too. If you are on the fence, buy it - you won't be disappointed.
The engineering of this sauna is amazing, the assembly couldn't be any simpler or any quicker or any tighter. And, from the moment you open the shipping box, you can feel the quality. Which means excellent carbon infrared heaters, durable Hemlock, and even the dampened "click" when you close the tempered glass door. All the glass, BTW, is another attribute. Even the customer service is world-class quality: they expertly solved a delivery issue by using their influence over the shipper. And did so with both efficiency and concern. Finally, the good feeling you get from the quality is only exceeded by the feeling you get from about 20 minutes of what I call, "Heat Meditation."
