Can I control RIVER Pro remotely?
Yes. You can control RIVER Pro using your phone. Just link to it in the EcoFlow app to control it from afar.

Can RIVER Pro handle high-wattage appliances?
Yes. RIVER Pro can power devices up to 1800W with our proprietary technology, X-Boost. *X-Boost can run devices that require up to 1800W, however, it’s best to test before use. Some 600W–1800W appliances with strict voltage requirements may not function (e.g. air compressors).

Can I use solar panels with RIVER Pro? 
Yes. You can connect up to 2 sets of 110W solar panels to sustainably charge your RIVER Pro in under 3 hours.

Can RIVER Pro be used as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS)? 
It can be an emergency power source (EPS), which will have the same result as UPS for most electronics. Here's the difference. When your RIVER Pro is plugged into the wall, anything plugged into it gets power from the grid, not its battery. If power from the grid stops, RIVER Pro automatically switches to its battery supply mode within 30 milliseconds. That means anything connected will not have power for 30 milliseconds, which may mean sensitive electronics like desktop computers and data servers turn off. Test your devices individually to see if they need UPS to stay powered.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. This means we have your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and can be shipped immediately. If we find that your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and will reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) can be shipped within 5 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges on your credit card, the items will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Tracking information will be sent from us within 24 hours of your order leaving the distribution center to the e-mail address provided to us during check out. We offer free shipping on all orders and on applicable items and brands as well.

Typically, when an order has been received, it will be processed immediately. After this, it will take about 1-3 business days after confirmation of the order, payment, and pickup time to fulfill your order.

This is important because if the goods are damaged and you must note this with the courier so a freight claim can be filed and we can arrange for either a repair or return of the damaged goods. If you do suspect the goods are damaged due to the outer carton appearing damaged, please note “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This will protect your insurance claim if the product is damaged and a freight insurance claim needs to be filed.

Understand it's limits

First opportunity To use last week during a power outage, My coffee maker was using about 680 watts brewing a pot of Coffee, and The battery lost 45% of charge brewing. I also purchase the extra battery, so I hooked it up seeing the draw the coffee maker put on it. Will use this unit for Lights and other items in the next power outage, Will most likely use the River Pr0 2 I also bought for the coffee machine

This review is limited because I haven had to use the device as of yet. I purchased it for an emergency power source. So, to stop getting nag email, im doing this now. The device is as advertised. Nice interface and I like the phone app. I actually plan on buying a smaller one for niece as a gift. So, I will buy again and have no complaints except for constant email requests to review it.

I bought the eco-flow about 3 weeks ago and have been enjoying its services since I turned the bad boy on. This thing is a powerhouse this thing does exactly what it says it's supposed to do you can use wall charging to recharge it solar power to recharge it you can charge it in your car when you're driving down the road this thing is awesome
