How hot does this sauna get?
All Dundalk saunas can get up to 190 degree's Fahrenheit and higher depending on conditions outside of the sauna.
Does Dundalk LeisureCraft Harmony 4 Person Sauna CTC22W come assembled?
No. These saunas must be assembled. We can assist with specifications, video instructions and by providing manuals to help with your installation.
You may want to have a contractor perform the installation as well. Please also confirm if you have the right electrical work done to use your heater as well by a licensed electrician. We also can help with providing your contractor/electrician the information they need too.
What is the electrical cost to use the electric heater?
This would be comparable to having a clothes dryer, electrical oven, or hot tub running at all times. It uses electrical power when in use.
If used frequently, expect this to add approximately 12-20 dollars a month to your electric bill but this can vary. Our heaters all operate with 240 volts and 40 amps of power.
What type of base do I need to put under my sauna?
Please make sure that you are putting your sauna on a solid level area. You can put your sauna on a wooden deck, concrete pad, on crushed gravel, a solid slab, and on patio stones. You want to make sure that water can properly drain away after use.
Can my sauna be stained or painted?
You can stain or paint the exterior of your sauna (do not stain/paint the interior). Please make sure you are using the right product to properly stain/paint the cedar wood so that it will continue to last for many years to come.
The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines.
This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.
As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. This means we have your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and can be shipped immediately. If we find that your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and will reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) can be shipped within 5 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges on your credit card, the items will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Tracking information will be sent from us within 24 hours of your order leaving the distribution center to the e-mail address provided to us during check out. If your tracking information had not been received within five days of your order, please follow us with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer free shipping on all orders and on applicable items and brands as well.
Typically, when an order has been received, it will be processed immediately. After this, it will take about 1-3 business days after confirmation of the order, payment, and pickup time to fulfill your order.
Some suppliers do custom make products, and this can add an additional lead time. If delivery time is a concern of yours, please feel free to contact our customer service team for confirmation. Please note that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, lead times can unfortunately be longer.

It is very important to inspect goods before signing the delivery receipt from the courier. This is important because if the goods are damaged and you must note this with the courier so a freight claim can be filed and we can arrange for either a repair or return of the damaged goods. All damage claims should be reported immediately.
If you do suspect the goods are damaged due to the outer carton appearing damaged, please note “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This will protect your insurance claim if the product is damaged and a freight insurance claim needs to be filed.
