Electrical Requirements
All steam showers require a dedicated 240V circuit. Please reference the product specification sheet to determine the specific requirements for each steam shower.
Plumbing Requirements
There is no special water or drain requirements for steam shower kits. Steam showers require a standard ½ inch hot and cold supply line. The drain requires either a 1.5” tub drain or 2” standard shower drain depending on model.
Electrical and Plumbing Certification
It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure the steam shower will pass any required local plumbing or electrical codes. Most steam showers are ETL certified only.
Installation Requirements
The steam shower must be installed by a licensed plumber or it will void the warranty of the unit. The purchaser of the steam shower accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use and installation. Steam shower kits are not to be used for commercial purposes.
Using Steam Without Shower
You can use the steam without turning on the shower water. The steam generator works independently of the shower water controls.
Steam Shower Assembly
The steam shower will arrive on a pallet and will be dissembled. Steam showers with tubs arrive on a pallet with the tub secured separately. All steam showers must be assembled. Assembly typically takes 6-8 hours. All steam showers units will fit through a 24” or greater door opening.
Optional Heater
Steam showers with tubs come with an optional inline heater. The heater is designed to maintain the temperature of the water inside the tub as long as the jets are running. This eliminates the need to continually add warm water to the tub.
Water Pressure Requirements
Steam showers require a minimum water pressure of 30 PSI to have a good flow rate from each of the shower components. The maximum GPM (gallons per minute) output of the steam shower components is between 2.0 and 2.5 GPM depending on the model.
Equipment Access
Although an access panel is recommended, our steam showers have rubber feet on the bottom of the shower pan that allows you to move the shower in or out of place; eliminating the need for an equipment access panel. Some models also have removable interior control panels that allow you to access the equipment from inside the shower.
Free Standing Installation
Steam showers are designed to be free standing. They do not attach to the wall. The free standing design allows you to move the steam shower out if you ever need to access the equipment or plumbing.
All steam showers carry a 7-year structural warranty and 1-year parts warranty. The structural warranty covers the structure of the steam shower from peeling, fading, delaminating or cracking. All parts including electronic parts are guaranteed for 1-year against defects.

Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges on your credit card, the items will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Tracking information will be sent from us within 24 hours of your order leaving the distribution center to the e-mail address provided to us during check out. If your tracking information had not been received within five days of your order, please follow us with us at orders@lionindustrialsupply.com.
We offer free shipping on all orders and on applicable items and brands as well.
Typically, when an order has been received, it will be processed immediately. After this, it will take about 1-3 business days after confirmation of the order, payment, and pickup time to fulfill your order.

This is important because if the goods are damaged and you must note this with the courier so a freight claim can be filed and we can arrange for either a repair or return of the damaged goods. All damage claims should be reported immediately.
If you do suspect the goods are damaged due to the outer carton appearing damaged, please note “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This will protect your insurance claim if the product is damaged and a freight insurance claim needs to be filed.

Customer Reviews
Came damaged with scraped front glass panel. Rather than replacing the entire unit, sent just a panel. Had total the thing apart again and replace the panel. Instructions were about the worst that I have seen.Just look at the typo's and sentence construction. Utube videos almost useless. Leaked around the Bottom from day one. Had to separate panels and recaulk. Should have come with a seal but did not. Now still leaks front and nightside plus stater showing a rusty spot on the floor right side about 3/4 of the way back. Wish we had stuck with a tired and true shower.
This shower is nice but you better be very good at just figuring things out because neither the printed instructions nor the YouTube video cover everything. Almost nothing about which wires connect together but they do all have different plugs although I ended up with one spare. Drain is a swimming pool hose and tech support said to glue it like it was a PVC pipe so we will see. He says he clamps it too but clamp is not included. Sounds like he has had issues with this maybe as well.
Bought the 803A and have been pleased with it so far. The jets have good pressure and the overhead shower is a nice feature. The steam generator produces plenty of steam and it heats up quickly. Product was as advertised.
It arrived in perfect condition and was easy to assembly. The assembly video was very helpful and we had it installed and up and running in a few hours.
This is actually the second steam shower we purchased. We liked the first one so much we bought another for our lake home. The steamer heats up quickly and puts out a lot of steam. The bench seats are nice. The rainfall shower head is awesome. We had one issue with a missing part but steamshowers4less shipped it out to us the next day so kudos for their customer service!
